Some thoughts about vendor lock-in
Bubble can randomly remove your shits in if you infringe on a copyright. I heard this from a guy in a Bubble community who made a random template that just happened to look like another project. Cease and desist was sent and he lost access to weeks worth of work without any chances to fix.
I am never one who would trust a corporation to act on an end user's interest, especially when pitted against something like copyright law. However, I owed it to Bubble for creating a quite lucrative market, so we have to improvise here. Essentially, a backup plan so I can ensure we keep our work in case of a copyright infringement. All in all it would not be a fun experience and you will be put in a pretty bad spot if that happens, but at least you have something to rollback to before the problem and continue from that.
But that bring us to the question, if we are building stuffs on Bubble, who owns the intellectual property rights? In principle: Bubble developer. In practice: Bubble.
